Friendly fast and good deal

I had a great experience at Walker Honda. Brian Norman was my salesman, and he truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy without any pressure or games. Gary in finance was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made what’s usually the most stressful part feel straightforward and smooth. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional. He car is older, and she was having problems with her thermostat and one of the doors. They found that her battery was also bad, and they replaced several belts that were worn. I had two recall issues addressed at this dealership today on my 2015 Honda Accord that I recently purchased. Miss Emily in the service department was a true champion of customer service. I showed up at 1 pm for my service…she was waiting and we were in and out within an hour. She spoke with my mom like she was her mom…so refreshing! While waiting in their customer waiting area my mom and I enjoyed some Community Coffee freshly prepared by Josh…one of their sales reps. Josh was quite personable as well as genuine and we had a wonderful conversation along with another customer who was waiting as well. I received a pre screen offer in the mail to go check them out so I decided to. I will be forever grateful that I did! Took care of our overall problem with the AC. Found it odd, though, they though it necessary to have someone watch over us as we paid.

The service department was great they answered all my questions and resolved all my issues with my wife car. They greatly relieved my concerns.
