I purchased a Ridgeline sports Trail on July 1, 2026. I must say that if possible, I would never purchase from another Honda dealership. They were A+ across the board. I have mobility health issues which they accommodated me without hesitation, professionally, and were not aggravated about it at all. They were also not aggravated about dealing with me mainly through mobile devices. I had a great experience at Walker Honda. Brian Norman was my salesman, and he truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy without any pressure or games. Gary in finance was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made what’s usually the most stressful part feel straightforward and smooth. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional.
